Sickness My Way

Well, no flu here but just got back from having a blood test for Epstein-Barr. Whassup with that?!?!?! I did my mono-days back at CWRU! Here I though maybe it was just strep, but the swollen glands are in a different spot, ugh! Prob'ly just a lousy cold, but nice to have the same conscientious doc for 25 years!

    Thanks, Margie and Chris, I HATE the sick seasons! I am glad Mom and dad are not around to have to deal with the swine flu!

    I'm going to have to google Epstein-Barr. Can't remember what it is. But I surely do hope it's just a bad cold. You don't need anything more on your plate! H1N1 is in the Brooksville School, but Maine has only 1/3 of the vaccine needed for the priority group, so I've got the Purell bottle at the register at the market and am gulping elderberry tincture every day.     I got the elderberry lecture from a NY monologist (no, not Edward), so I guess I'll have to try it!
