Some Thoughts about My Mother

I am so grateful that Mom did not raise us to be overly concerned with our appearance.  It is what is inside that counts and I know it.  And this tradition continues, at least in my family.  I don't know why I was contemplating this today, but I was.  Then I come home to find that Margie has sent cards to Mark and me and both kids.  How very Mom-like of her.  She is carrying on the mantle of sending cards to everyone for all occasions.  Thanks Margie!
